The route takes you from Mysuru towards Periyapatna which is in the border of Coorg district before it turns towards Hassan district covering a Temple Town Ramanathapura and the famous Hemavathi Reservoir at Gorur. It continues towards Hassan and joins the Hassan - Bangalore Highway covering Channarayapatna, Hirisave and Bellur Cross before it turns towards the country roads of Nagamangala, Pandavapura and then on to the historic town of Srirangapatna before we reach Mysuru.
