The first half of the route passes through Lush green forest range of Western Ghats. Route starts from Hubballi and goes till Yellapur. Turn back and head towards Haliyal, Alnavar and joins NH at Kittur. Continue on the NH Service Road till Belgaum (KLE Hospital) and head back to Hubballi via Kittur.
