"Mahad Mazaa" - 300-km brevet (self-supported, time-bound, endurance ride) Mumbai-Mahad-Mumbai Saturday, 24 Jan.'15 Start (Control Point 1): Shivaji Chowk, Chembur Time: 6.00 am, Saturday, 24 January 2015 [Report by 5.00 am to complete the formalities in time.] Control Point 2 (Turnaround): 110 km Kolad, NH17 [Unmanned; swipe your card at the SBI / Bank of Maharashtra ATM on the left, near Tatkare Complex.] Cutoff Time: 1.20 pm, Saturday, 24 January 2015 Control Point 3 (Turnaround): 160 km Mahad Police Check Post, NH17 Cutoff Time: 4.40 pm, Saturday, 24 January 2015 Control Point 4 (End point): 304 km Nerul, Navi Mumbai [Unmanned; swipe your card at the Bank of Baroda ATM, after D Y Patil Stadium.] Cutoff Time: 7.30 pm, Saturday, 24 January 2015 Route map for reference: http://goo.gl/dkRc2F Please study the route map carefully, make your notes and carry them with you during the ride. Rules and Regulations: Before you register for the event, please ensure that you have read the Rules and Regulations: https://sites.google.com/site/audaxindiarandonneurs/rules-and-regulations Registration Form: Register by filling out the Registration Form here, on the AIR website: www.audaxindia.org [Registrations will remain open till 11:30 am on 24 January 2015.] Compulsory: - Helmet - Headlight - Red taillight - Spare batteries for all the lights - Reflective vest - Rider number on front and rear of bike - Debit card / Credit card (for swiping at unmanned control points)... If any of these is missing, you may not be allowed to ride... so before leaving home for the start point, ensure that you have all these with you... During the ride: - Keep your brevet card with YOU at all times (not even with a fellow-rider) - Keep your brevet card and ATM slips safe from damage (from water, sweat etc). Damaged cards or slips may not be accepted, and your entire ride may go waste! - If, for any reason, you decide to quit, first inform the Ride official before taking any motorised transport. After successfully completing the Brevet: To ensure that your results are homologated... - Send an FB message immediately to Anil Uchil, with the finish time (time-stamp on your final ATM slip), and the ATM time-stamps for all the other unmanned control point. Your FB message should reach us within 24 hours after the Brevet ends. - Courier your brevet card and ATM slips immediately to Anil Uchil (B-105, Marathon Cosmos, LBS Marg, Mulund West, Mumbai 400080).
